As a growing school we are delighted to be able to invite candidates to apply for the newly created post of Head of Early Years.

 

We are looking for an energetic, experienced person who is passionate about providing a child centred Early Years curriculum, where children can confidently develop towards achieving their Early Learning Goals.  A successful candidate should be sympathetic to the needs of students for whom English may not be their first language, but where children demonstrate the inclusive and welcoming ethos the school encompasses. As EYFS lead within the school, you will be working alongside the Head of Primary and ensuring smooth transitions and strong progress across the Foundation stage. The EYFS setting within school is a child initiated setting where provisions include sand and water areas, role play corner, construction, mathematical learning areas and numerous indoor and outdoor writing areas. Parents are extremely supportive within the school and there is regular communication through our open door policy, workshops and guidance sessions over the school year. Familiarity with Tapestry would be an advantage.

Remuneration will be competitive.
