What we are looking for:

An experienced practitioner and leader to take the primary school forward in its next phase of development.  A key member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team, you will provide direction, inspiration and guidance to our primary teaching staff. Focused on developing a high performing team, you will be responsible for the smooth day to day operations of the primary school including staff development, performance management and deployment of resources.


Able to drive excellence by valuing and developing others, you will be a qualified teacher with extensive experience of both hands-on teaching and management in education. This means you will be fully up to date with curriculum developments in the UK. Strong on leadership and people management, you will have a flair for setting and meeting challenging performance targets.


Able to work with a high degree of cultural sensitivity in our changing and fast-paced international environment, you will have the ability to use a range of communication strategies and channels. Your strong commercial, financial, market and organisational awareness will enable you to devise effective solutions to complex business challenges.


A limited teaching load will be expected.
